ONLINE ORDER ONLY – PRIVACY POLICY


This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. 

What we collect:

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to support your label printing needs.

Cookies:
Cookie information is used only by Advantage Label and Packaging, Inc. and is not provided to any other organization. It is used in aggregate for traffic analysis and to provide relevant information to our visitors. It is also used for website and system administration, including research and development, user analysis and business decision-making.

How we use your information:
Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.  You have the option to unsubscribe from such periodic emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

ONLINE ORDER ONLY – SECURITY POLICY

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

The information is encrypted into our Payment Gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. You can confirm your data is being encrypted by looking at the URL line of your browser, where you type website addresses. When accessing a secure server, the site address will change from “http” to “https”.

ONLINE ORDER ONLY – SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order, we will follow-up with an order confirmation reflecting a ship date. You can expect products to ship within 1-5 business days.

Most items are shipped directly from our Michigan location. Some items may be shipped from our partner locations in order to get the goods to you faster.

Orders placed over the weekend and holidays will be processed the next business day. If your shipment is time-sensitive or needs to be expedited, please call us at 1-800-260-0939 before ordering to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements.

Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

ONLINE ORDER ONLY – REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Advantage Label and Packaging. Inc. has a limited return or refund policy. All sales are final with the exception of an issue with the product. If you believe there is an issue with your product not covered by warranty, please contact us to determine if a return/refund can be granted.

Before returning an item, you must obtain an RMA number from us. All returned items must be in their original packaging and contain all accessories, software and manuals.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Advantage Label and Packaging, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these requirements.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to four weeks before your refund arrives. This allows for transit time as well as time for your bank to process the refund request.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our factory trained technical service team is available to facilitate and assist you with your warranty claims.
